The gelato we serve was made onsite in our kitchen fresh.Yes, we really made it fresh. Making our gelato fresh gives it a uniquely smooth texture and intensely pure flavor. Because our gelato has less fat than ice-cream and doesn’t use artificial stabilizers, freshness is absolutely essential.
Everything is made from scratch, with no off-the-shelf mixes. It’s not the easiest way to do things but it’s the right way. By making everything from scratch, our flavors are one of a kind and we can carefully source every ingredient so we know exactly what’s going into our gelato.

All our fruit Gelatos are 100% fat free and other Gelatos contains only upto 4% fat.
Are these 2 different?
Gelato has FAT upto 4% because it uses less cream whereas Icecreams can have FAT upto 20%.
Gelato has very less air compared to that in Icecream. Hence the flavor is Gelato in more intense and value for money
Many premium icecreams uses artificial colors and flavors to reduce costs. However, Gelato is 100% Natural and doesn't use any artificial substances in it.

We purchased Sitaphal, Tender coconut, Mud Brownie (my favourite because it was very rich in chocolate), Cookies and Strawberry. One of the best I came across so far in terms of rich taste and texture..
Totally drooling over the flavours. Different varieties of flavours..the color of jamun ice cream was to die for and the taste is even better. Chocolate flavour is also nice and the guy over the counter was kind and friendly.
Overall, One of the few places offering really authentic Gelato/sorbets I ever came across. A bit heavy on pocket but completely paisa-wasool. Go for it and taste as many as possible :). Worth it!
